Today Was A Good Day

Today’s blog post is from the Mary Kay Pink Cadillac. She has a personality and style of her own. She’s a little sassy, and she loves sharing stories about her life. You can follow @MKPinkCaddy on Twitter.

A party isn’t a party until I roll through. About 100 of my pink Caddy girlfriends took to the streets of Dallas, and SHUT IT DOWN!!!

We all gathered in Dallas for Mary Kay’s 50th Anniversary celebration. A few of us got up early for a little party at the WFAA-ABC studios in Dallas. Then all of us got together for a block party in Dallas’ Downtown Arts District. We took over an entire city block! Once all of us were parked downtown, so many people started asking for photos and raving about how good we looked. As usual, I was a showstopper. Helicopters even flew by from news stations just to take a look at us.

After we finished posing for photos, we rolled VIP style to the Mary Kay headquarters. We were so fierce that the Dallas Police Department escorted us. Yes ma’am. Nine motorcycle officers and three police units escorted our three-mile long caravan of Mary Kay pink Cadillacs.

Since everyone was so nice to us, we decided to give a shout out to Mary Kay’s anniversary by parking in the shape of a 50. Here are a few pictures from our party.
